When you contact SpeechDocs using this website, we collect the name, email address, selected service and project information you submit. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss services. Enquiries are sent by email and stored in the private WordPress administration area so they can be followed up if email delivery fails.
Project files
Please do not upload or include confidential recordings, account credentials or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. We arrange a separate file-sharing workflow when your project scope is confirmed.
Technical information
The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website. WordPress uses necessary session cookies for signed-in administrators. Social profile links open the relevant third-party sites, which operate under their own privacy policies.
Articles and AI-assisted research
Our editorial workflow can use an AI provider to research and prepare articles from public sources. Contact-form messages and client project files are not part of that editorial workflow. Articles disclose AI assistance when used.
Your questions and requests
For questions about your enquiry data, or to request access, correction or deletion, email contact@speechdocs.com. We may need to retain information required for an active service relationship or applicable obligations.
