You make the conversation. We make it ready to publish.
Publishing a podcast takes more than a good recording. SpeechDocs helps podcasters turn raw sessions into polished episodes, with human editors and a consistent quality review process. We’ve worked with leading podcasts since 2020.
Build a production workflow around your show
- Podcast audio editing: shape pacing, reduce distracting silences and filler words, and integrate the intro, outro, music and voiceover you supply.
- Sound cleanup: reduce ambient noise where possible, balance individual speakers, apply EQ and normalize loudness.
- Video podcasts: edit and reorganize content to your brief, with episode artwork you provide.
- Transcripts and English captions: make each episode easier to read, reference and access.
- Shorts and reels: create clips from your footage, with scope and pricing agreed for your project.
Three stages of human care
- Expert production: an editor works from your raw recording and brief.
- Proofreading and quality control: a fresh reviewer checks the details.
- Final assurance: we check the finished files, deliver them and work through your agreed revision rounds.
A clear handoff, every time
Share your recording through a secure cloud link or a dedicated SharePoint folder arranged with our team. Include editing notes, speaker names and the assets you’d like used. We confirm the scope, turnaround and file deliverables before work begins.
Pricing that works for your series
Audio editing is $1.80 per raw audio minute, with up to four revision rounds. Video editing is $3.00 per raw video minute, with up to six revision rounds. Our published editing turnaround is 72 hours; we confirm the schedule for your brief and volume.
For ongoing shows, larger volumes or short-form clips, we’ll discuss a custom quote. Explore audio and video editing or add transcripts and English captions.
